Tried something new this morning and it tasted delish!
- 2 c almond milk (unsweetened)
- 3/4 c blueberries (I used fresh, but frozen works too)
- 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 medjool date (pitted)
- 2 tsp tigernuts (ground) (found in health food stores)
Blend for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
I discovered tigernuts at Vita Health just by exploring their shelves. I like to take my time at the health food store and see what new items catch my eye. Tigernuts are sweet, yet mild, so their flavour enhances and doesn’t over take a recipe.
