Orange Energy Morning Smoothie

A refreshing wake-you-up zinger!


Ingredients

  • 1 med or lrg naval orange
  • 3 c coconut water
  • 3/4″ inch ginger
  • 4 mint leaves (fresh)
  • 1/2 c crushed ice
  • 1 tbsp physillium (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel and section the orange.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger
  3. Place all ingredients in blender
  4. Blend for 2-4 minutes depending on blender. Blend until very smooth.
