Morning Energizer Smoothie

A punched up refreshing orange ‘juice,’ fibre included!


Ingredients

  • 1 large navel or cara cara orange
  • 1 c frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 1” square (ish) piece of orange peel
  • 2.5 c coconut water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend for 3 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
